This guide holds the FHIR R4 profiles and extensions for Dental IQ AI radiograph analysis results. Its canonical base is https://fhir.thakaa.cloud/ig/dental-iq.

Clinical codes come from the ThakaaMed terminology at https://fhir.thakaa.cloud/terminology/…. The primary code is SNOMED CT; the TM-Index code is the local identifier. That terminology is confidential and is referenced here by canonical URL only.

Status: skeleton. The profiles will be added from the Dental IQ FHIR output (ai-results).
